Before making a purchase, we ask you to read the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Scope: These terms apply to all users in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland.

1. General provisions

All sales processed through pleassy.com are subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders in whole or in part, and discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via one of our accepted payment methods. All listed prices include applicable taxes and fees. No additional import duties or costs apply.

4. Shipping and processing

Products are shipped via DHL. We offer free shipping to all three of our markets. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays that are beyond our control.

5. Return and refund

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and all labels must be attached. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and paid out in euros. Detailed information can be found in our return and refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Pleassy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected in all cases.

7. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the respective delivery country. For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland, this is EU law and national consumer law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
