How long does delivery take?

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Unused, in its original packaging. Email us and we send the steps.
Is installation difficult?
Plug in lamps work straight away. Ceiling and wall lights are hardwired; we recommend a licensed electrician, as local rules require in most countries.
Which plug and voltage do I get?

Is there a warranty?
Every order has a 30-day warranty. If something stops working in that time, we repair or replace it.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full. Every parcel is insured.
